Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
It depends.

If the issue was due to a defect or our mistake, Unique For You will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is due to dissatisfaction (colour, style, etc.), the customer is responsible for return postage.
When will I receive the new item after the exchange?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a new shipping process begins.

Unfortunately not. After the 7-day period, our system can no longer process that order.
