You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition.
After verification, you may choose between:

  • Exchange: for any other product currently in stock

  • Refund: full reimbursement of the amount paid for the product

I received my order, but the size is incorrect. How do I request an exchange?

Our exchange process is simple. Please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The product is unused, not washed, and not ironed

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • It shows no signs of wear or damage

If all conditions are met, contact us and we will present your exchange or refund options.


I received a damaged product and want to exchange it.

If the item meets the return policy conditions, contact us. We will assess the product and proceed with the exchange if approved.


Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

It depends.

  • If the issue was due to a defect or our mistake, Unique For You will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to dissatisfaction (colour, style, etc.), the customer is responsible for return postage.


When will I receive the new item after the exchange?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a new shipping process begins.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 20 working days.
You will receive a new tracking code.


The return deadline has passed. Can I still return the item?

Unfortunately not. After the 7-day period, our system can no longer process that order.
We recommend checking the product carefully upon delivery.


Can I exchange it for a different item on the site?

Yes — if your request meets the return conditions.
Email or WhatsApp us with the link to the new product, including colour and size.

  • If the new item is more expensive, we will send a payment link.

  • If it’s cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

IMPORTANT: In such exchanges, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Unique For You only covers shipping costs for defective or damaged items.


I want to exchange the item but I’ve moved. Can I receive it at my new address?

Yes. Just let us know your new address when requesting the exchange, and we’ll update your delivery details.
