Considering that Unique For You sells products and services online, and considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Unique For You ("Products") through its sales channels, this agreement sets forth the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the Customer on the website https://uniqueforyou.uk.
Confidentiality
It is the responsibility of Unique For You to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
The security of our site is audited daily and protected from hacking attempts by the "Secure Site" certification.

Delivery Policy
The delivery timeframe is shown during checkout and is calculated in working days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that product dimensions fit available spaces such as lifts, doorways, and hallways at the delivery address.
We do not offer assembly/disassembly services, nor do we transport items via stairs/windows or perform hoisting.
Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the address provided, on alternate days, with a 48-hour interval between attempts.
An authorised adult (18+) with ID must be present to receive and sign for the parcel.
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to the Unique For You Distribution Centre.
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method or delivery address, nor to request delivery priority or acceleration.
Delivery times take into account product availability, destination region, invoicing, and order preparation.
The Customer will receive email updates at each stage of the delivery process.
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and product dimensions.
Unique For You does not authorise couriers to:

Enter the Customer's home

Use alternative delivery methods (e.g. hoisting through windows)

Install or maintain any products

Open packages

Deliver to an address other than that on the invoice

Deliver to minors or persons without ID
Customs Clearance
Unique For You is not responsible for any customs clearance delays due to customer-related issues.
In such cases, the Customer is responsible for appearing at the appropriate customs office.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase, under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice, manual, and accessories
The Customer must request the return either through the Customer Support Centre or directly in their account dashboard under the “Cancel Order” section.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Unique For You.
Once the returned product is received at our Distribution Centre, we will verify whether all return conditions have been met.
If so, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds

Credit Card Purchases: We will notify the card provider, and the refund will appear on the next or following statement, issued as a single payment.
The card provider is responsible for suspending any remaining instalments. -
Bank Transfer or Mercado Pago Purchases: Refunds will be processed via Mercado Pago within 5 working days, and will only be sent to the buyer’s account.
